[Taichung News] Asia University held the opening ceremony of the "Quantum AI Research Center" on September 10, officially announcing an important milestone in combining quantum computing and artificial intelligence to move towards a new generation of scientific research and development. Robuff Inc. (Robuff Inc.) CEO Peng-Chih Chen was also invited to attend and took a photo with President Cai of Asia University. The atmosphere was warm.
Robuff has long been engaged in the research and development of independent unmanned boats and intelligent robot control systems. The technical application scope spans national defense, ocean monitoring, intelligent manufacturing and other fields. CEO Chen used a funny metaphor to describe the characteristics of the company's AI technology: "Our AI is like a quantum superposition state - it seems to exist, but it seems not to exist; it does not manifest until we receive funding. But in fact, it has already been deeply embedded in every corner of our unmanned boats and intelligent robots."
In the future, Robuff will continue to cooperate with academic and research institutions to explore the infinite possibilities of combining quantum computing and AI in the field of autonomous systems, and hopes to promote Taiwan's global competitiveness in smart defense and marine technology through the close connection between industry, academia and research.
